Contented Cow menu The Contented Cow’s menu consists of soups, fresh salads and a variety of sandwiches. We have unique offerings, for example: The Ploughman’s Plate - A chunk of multi-grain bread, 3 quality cheeses, olives, tomatoes, hard-boiled egg and a pickle.

We offer many vegetarian dishes.

During the winter months we add Shepherd’s Pie, Spinach Lasagna, Pork Stew and a Curry to the menu.

We have been told by many a customer that we make the best Nachos, and the best Spinach Artichoke Dip. This must be true considering how many are ordered!

We have recently employed a chef, Max Johnson. He is adding fantastic items to our menu. We now are able to offer Cheese Tortellini with homemade marinara sauce. Our hot roast beef sandwich now comes with a delicious au jus, and we will soon be offering Bruchetta. Watch for more additions in the coming months.
